Rules about communicating with other cybestbuy members
cybestbuy members:
· Cannot misuse the cybestbuy email forwarding system, send unsolicited email (spam) or email threats to other members.
Rules about cybestbuy’s responsibilities
· cybestbuy’s Privacy Policy specifies how your personal information is used..
· cybestbuy’s Outage Policy allows shops compensation if the site experiences an extended outage.
· cybestbuy Employees are bound by all cybestbuy policiesand need to identify themselves as cybestbuy employees when they list an item or submit content to the site.
· cybestbuy appreciates your ideas, but considers these unsolicited idea submissions as non-binding.

Site Interference Policy
Interference or attempted interference with cybestbuy's site and/or operations using any software program, routine or activity is a serious offense and is not permitted.
Members using the cybestbuy site may only modify or add content in those areas specifically designated for member use. All content must also abide by all other cybestbuy policies. Designated member areas are:
· the reply box on the cybestbuy messaging and help applications.
· the description area of the View Item page.
· the shops' About Me page.
· the feedback comments area of the Feedback Forum.
· the buy a product notes to seller fields.
· the cybestbuy email forwarding system text box
In no case may a user block, obscure, overwrite or modify any cybestbuy-generated content or pages. All other site locations or components of cybestbuy pages are strictly for cybestbuy use.

Profanity
cybestbuy does not allow the use of profanity or patently vulgar language in a public area of the site. This includes the use of language that is racist, hateful, sexual or obscene in nature.
cybestbuy will permit media titles and descriptions (such as a CD name and track list) that contain profanity on the main site and in Adult Only. This profanity is only permitted if the original production company title or description contains the profane terms. All other profanity is prohibited. This exception applies to media items and does not apply to any other items.
Sellers should carefully review the ‘Some Examples’ and ‘Additional Information’ sections below before listing and adhere to all the policies outlined.

Offers to Buy or Sell Outside of cybestbuy
Offers to buy or sell listed items outside of the cybestbuy site are not permitted. Offers of this nature are a potential fraud risk for both buyers and sellers and circumvent cybestbuy's fees. If you receive any spam (unsolicited commercial messages) through email or Skype that includes offers to buy or sell outside cybestbuy, please report this.
Some examples of offers outside of the cybestbuy site include:
· Using member contact information obtained from cybestbuy or using any cybestbuy system to offer to sell any listed item outside of cybestbuy
· Canceling a listing to sell to a buyer who became aware of the item through cybestbuy
· Ending a listing early to sell the item at a higher price
· Offering to sell duplicate or additional merchandise at lower prices outside cybestbuy
· Sending unsolicited (without prior permission) commercial email offers to users and shops for the same or similar products that they have bought in the past.

· Forfeit of cybestbuy fees on cancelled listings

Previously Suspended Users
A person suspended from cybestbuy loses all membership privileges. A suspended individual is not permitted to participate on cybestbuy by using any existing account, or to register new accounts on cybestbuy. A suspension from cybestbuy may be for a specific, fixed length of time, indefinite, or permanent. Suspensions remain in effect until removed by cybestbuy.
Shops are also required to resolve all performance issues on accounts that are not in good standing. Sellers who are not in good standing are not allowed to register new accounts or use an existing cybestbuy account to avoid buying and selling restrictions or other policy consequences.

Law of the Republic of Cyprus and European Union
Shops must abide by the Rules and Regulations and Laws or the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union and must not in any way act against the legislation of the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union.
Shops
Shops must follow the following rules in order to secure the smooth operation of the site
· Once a product is listed it must be available for sale and the shop must remove it when stock is not available.
· Once a product is ordered by the user the sale if final and the shop is not permitted to cancel the order without a substantial reason.
· Shops must deliver the product within 4 Working Days from the order.
· Shops must not list products at higher prices that what the retail price is in their own business.
· Shops must offer details description of the product listed and must not in any case lead the client to believe they are purchasing something else than what is being offered.

Fees and Payments
· Shops are opened at a yearly fee decided by cybestbuy and published on the site with its properties.
· Extra functions could be purchased at times and prices will be published accordingly.
· All sales made (including VAT, Delivery Fees ect) will have a 10% fee by cybestbuy which go towards the administration of the site.
· Cybestbuy will also charge the shops account 10% on all cash sales made.
· When the statement of a shop is over €20,00 cybestbuy may request payment of the balance at any time according to its discretion.
· Products paid online will be paid by cybestbuy with a cheque. Products sold in the current month will be paid by cybestbuy on the 20th of the following month unless the 20th is a weekend or a National Holiday and cheques will be issued on the shops specified Invoicing name and all the cheques will be crossed in order to prevent fraud. The cybestbuy Name
It is usually permissible for you to refer to cybestbuy in a descriptive manner on your website, in item listings or in advertisements. For example, you might say "Check out my antique items on cybestbuy," or "I sell on cybestbuy." (By the way, cybestbuy is always spelled "cybestbuy"; it is never spelled "Cybestbuy" or "cy-bestbuy") You should not refer to cybestbuy in any way that might lead someone to believe that your company or site is sponsored by, affiliated with, or endorsed by cybestbuy.
The cybestbuy Logo
generally does not permit the use of the cybestbuy logo by third parties unless they have a written license agreement with cybestbuy.
Linking to cybestbuy From Your Website
Drive internet users to your cybestbuy store or listings using a link is permitted.
Framing the cybestbuy Site
'Framing' or altering the way in which the cybestbuy website is viewed is not permitted. 'Framing' usually means causing third party content to appear above or around the cybestbuy site.
SHOPS PREMISES MAY BE VISITORED BY CYBESTBUYS INVESTIGATORS TO ENSURE THAT THE ONLINE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS ARE IN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TERMS FOR RECEIVING CHEQUES FOR SALES MADE
· All invoices on sales made online must be received by cybestbuy by the last working day of the current month
· All Sales of the current month must have a statues of completed by the 4th working day of the following month
· All invoices must be accompanied by a copy of the dispatch papers of the product (Example Akis Express Receipts) or a signed waybill by the client and his username written on it and a copy of the order received by cybestbuy.
· Invoices to cybestbuy must always be issued with the 10% fee subtracted from it (Example Sale Price including VAT €100,00 Delivery Charges €10,00 Total amount paid by customer €110,00, Invoice to cybestbuy must be €99,00)
