Customized Store templates are available accommodating every need and design requirement of the individual shops.

Systems implemented in cybestbuy aim to cover all logistics required for any type of online shop such as stock control, accounting system, tracking control, secure payment system and a vast control panel where each shop can monitor all activities and customize the store to fit the needs as deemed necessary by the entrepreneur.

Stock control: Products can be monitored 24/7 through the systems of cybestbuy with 100% accuracy. All products that go out of stock are marked as sold out and it’s to the discretion of each shop whether to add additional units of the product in the shop or to withdraw the product and replace it if required with any other product.

Accounting system: All invoices are available online at any given time with no limitation on periods. Shops can browse back with no limitations and find and re-print invoices when required.

Tracking control: All orders are tracked through the system and information is available 24/7 on the status of each order.

Secure payment system: Payments can be made either through paypal or directly by visa by consumers. The advantage for shops in cybestbuy is the fact that they avoid the direct contact with the consumer. All payments come to cybestbuy which undertakes to make all corresponding payments to shops ensuring in that shops owners are assured that what they sell and dispatched will be paid with no unnecessary hassle.

Control panel: Categories created as a preset in cybestbuy can accommodate all product categories necessary. In the unlike situation where an additional category is required this can be created at no extra charge. All orders are monitored 24/7 through the shop control panel, showing all pending orders, completed orders e.t.c which can be accessed at any given time. Products can be added or removed from the shops whenever required with minimum effort. Additional functions are available covering all aspects to effectively run an online shop. Apart from the functions and facilities of the system additional bonus schemes have been implemented for all shop owners such as the referral system. Through this shops can refer other shops to cybestbuy. Shops that refer other shops who created an online store in cybestbuy get one month free for their shop for each referral made.

Shop Options

Free Trial: This option is available for all interested parties for a period of two months and for a number of 30 products. This way we offer shop owners the option to test whether it would be beneficial for them to have an online shop with Cybestbuy before making any commitment.

Silver: Shop owners can upload up to 150 products to their online shop. 10 free credits per year are included for use for extra shop facilities. 3 free advertising banners or up to 50 euros value per month, for the first three months, are offered for free to each silver shop owner (positioning according to availability).

Gold: Shop owners can upload up to 300 products to their online shop. 25 free credits per year are included for use for extra shop facilities. 7 free advertising banners or up to 100 euros value per month, for the first three months, are offered for free to each silver shop owner. (positioning according to availability).

Platinum: Shop owners can upload unlimited products to their online shop. 50 free credits per year are included for use for extra shop facilities. 15 free advertising banners or up to 200 euros value per month, for the first three months, are offered for free to each silver shop owner. (positioning according to availability).

Extra shop facilities

Banners surrounding selected products: This is used to feature a product desired.

Extra 5 pictures: Additional pictures can be uploaded for the product for a maximum number of 5 pictures per product.

Top of list: The product is displayed at the top of the listing.

Sponsored products: Products are displayed additionally at the bottom of the category where the product is located.

Special offer: Special offers are displayed at the front-page of Cybestbuy. Additionally a tag is displayed in the category listing for the product on special offer and within the online shop itself.
